Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the www.signandrhymenz.com website (the "Service") operated by Sign & Rhyme ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

Services

Sign and Rhyme offer classes for parents / caregivers and their child/children.  The main purpose of the class is to assist the parents in learning key signs to use with their child.  Supporting information will be provided prior to the term starting and after each class.

The timing and location of the class is as advertised and confirmed at the time of booking.  Any changes will be communicated using the contact details you provided at the time booking.

Details of the class are included on the 'Classes' page of this website eg duration, format, tutor, signs etc.

Cancellation of a class

If the class is unable to go ahead due to unforeseen circumstances eg sickness of the tutor, you will be contacted by text and email and a make-up class offered as an alternative or refund offered.

Costs

The upfront costs of classes is clearly displayed on the bookings page.  The cost reflects one term of classes , typically 10 unless otherwise stated.  Full payment is required prior to the start date of that term.

Payment details will be provided at the time of booking.  A bank transfer, online payment or bank deposit is required.

​

If you are unable to attend one or more classes, there will be an online version of the class you can attend.  Refunds will not be issued for missed sessions however in addition to the online class, you can also send a friend or family members in your place. 

​

If you cancel more than 14 days before the term starts, you can transfer your payment to another attendee, use it as a credit towards another Sign & Rhyme course or get a full refund.   Requests for a refund with less than 14 days before the start of term or once classes have started will be considered on a case by case basis.

There will be no additional costs during the term.

Complaint

If you would like to make a complaint regarding the service you have received from Sign & Rhyme, please send your concerns to signandrhymenz@gmail and we will strive to resolve the issue.

Accuracy

The owner has taken reasonable steps to ensure that all content is correct.  The owner can’t be held responsible for any errors in the content presented, or for the information provided being accurate, complete, or suitable for any purpose.

Intellectual Property

The Site and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Sign & Rhyme and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

Links To Other Web Sites

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Sign & Rhyme.

Sign & Rhyme has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Sign & Rhyme shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. 

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
